I just got back from presenting a signage package to the Design Review Committee in Berkeley and they LOVED it. I got everything through. My old office is gonna be sorry they ever laid my ass off after I get them more work…Anyway, it was a nice and timely dose of professional confidence.
Onward to the development of Design Playground!
On the web site issue: I think it would be fantastic if the level of interest in a particular topic could be registered visually for users. Like if the opening screen was a bunch of words placed randomly throughout the page whose size grew depending on the number of times they were mentioned/tagged in posts. Perhaps they could also be rearranged physically by the user so that every time one came back to the page it looked different. A constantly changing piece of art…
